Service Description

Nephos is a file management interface for Google Drive. It allows you to connect multiple Google accounts and interact with your files through a unified interface. Nephos uses the Google Drive API on your behalf and does not host, copy, or own any of your files.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own Google accounts and associated credentials.
• Your use of Nephos must comply with Google's Terms of Service and the Google Drive API Terms of Service.
• You must not use Nephos to access accounts or files you are not authorized to access.

Acceptable Use

Nephos is intended for personal and professional file management. The following uses are prohibited:

• Automated scraping, bulk API abuse, or use that violates Google's API quotas
• Accessing, moving, or deleting files belonging to others without authorization
• Any use that violates applicable laws or regulations

Pro Subscription

The Pro plan is offered as a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually. By subscribing:

• You authorize Nephos to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Partial months are not refunded
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

Limitation of Liability

Nephos is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nephos is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access that occurs within Google Drive or any connected account. Actions taken through Nephos (moves, deletions, uploads) are performed at your direction and risk.

In no event shall Nephos's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by local law.
